Job Summary
Primarily responsible for the sale and disposition of the bank's acquired real estate assets (ROPA / foreclosed properties) by obtaining the best offers possible from prospective buyers within the fastest time and at acceptable returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit direct buyers and source buyers from broker networks for ROPA / foreclosed real estate properties.
- Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions
- Arrange and conduct site tripping and property inspections with prospects and brokers
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers documentary requirements
- Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm
- Willing to do fieldwork and site tripping with buyers and brokers
- With an existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network
- Has a strong and established broker network (individuals and firms)
- Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus
- Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
