Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Property Specialist role based in Makati, with a combination of on-site client engagements and some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Specialist will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property presentations, and provide clients with guidance on Ayala Land Premier's residential and commercial offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, organizing site visits and model unit tours, preparing proposals, and assisting clients throughout the sales process from initial consultation to closing. The role also involves maintaining an updated understanding of project details, market trends, and financing options, as well as preparing regular sales reports and coordinating with internal teams for documentation and after-sales support. The Property Specialist is expected to build long-term relationships, uphold the brand's service standards, and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and present solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Sales experience, preferably in high-value or consultative selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate concepts, trends, and basic property investment principles (prior real estate experience is an advantage but not strictly required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Makati, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Comfort using digital tools (CRM systems, virtual tour platforms, productivity and presentation software) and social media for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and a client-centric mindset, with openness to continuous training and development.
