Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, for a Real Estate Salesperson & Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, promoting real estate properties, and facilitating property sales processes. In addition, you will work on digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, manage online campaigns, and generate leads for real estate ventures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet sales goals and deliver superior results.

Get a guaranteed income for the first 3 months.

Allowance is (18,000/month) after the 3rd month allowance.

Earn great commissions (2.8% or Php 200,000 up for every sale)

You need: College degree, laptop, online advertising skills, active on social media. With minimum 2 yrs experience in sales, advertising or marketing.

Sales Manager:

Lead and inspire a team to sales success!

Earn a solid monthly allowance (28,000 - 65,000; guaranteed 28,000 for the first 6 months).

Get extra commission on your team's sales (0.8% override) and your own (3.6% for personal sale). Php 360,000 up for every personal sale.

Enjoy unlimited income. You dictate how much you can earn!

Access resources to help your team grow.

Build and lead a team of at least 4 property consultants.

Work flexibly (hybrid setup).

Must live in Metro Manila.

You need: College degree, laptop, online advertising skills, active on social media. With minimum 4 yrs experience in real estate and managing a team.

Qualifications

With

• a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Experience in Sales and providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge in digital marketing techniques and lead generation strategies is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
