Role Description: The Real Estate Salesperson will actively prospect for clients, present available properties, and provide guided tours of project sites and model units. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and assisting clients throughout the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market trends and residential developments is preferred.
- Proven Sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries, with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet sales targets is an advantage
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a client-focused approach.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Nuvali, Imus, Alabang and BGC including on-site booth manning, client meetings, property tours, and sales events as needed.
