Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson, primarily based in Cebu, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The main responsibilities include building relationships with clients, promoting real estate properties, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients through the decision-making and purchasing process. The Salesperson will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
  • Experience in Sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in both office and remote settings
  • Familiarity with real estate markets in Cebu is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
