A Growthbacker is part of Cyberbacker's sales team. Your role is to generate opportunities and guide business owners through a structured evaluation process.

The Growthbacker role is structured, fast-paced, and built around consistent activity. Your day is focused on conversations, follow-through, and moving prospects through the next step.
Outbound Calling and Lead Qualification
You will make outbound calls daily using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences. The structure is there to guide you, but success depends on how you communicate.
This is where strong listening and adaptability matter. Some calls move quickly. Others require patience, clarity, and the ability to build trust in a short amount of time.
Not every conversation ends with a yes. That is normal in sales. What matters is your ability to stay steady, stay professional, and keep showing up.
Business Evaluation Meetings
Once a prospect is qualified, you conduct a Business Evaluation Meeting. This is a structured conversation where you:
Sales Execution and Closing
From there, you guide the conversation toward a decision. This includes handling questions, addressing objections calmly, and reinforcing value without sounding pushy.
This role requires focus, energy, and reliable follow-through. If you enjoy closing loops, tracking progress, and working toward clear targets, you will appreciate the pace.

- At least 2 years of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
- High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
- CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
- Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales,
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences
- Qualify prospects, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners
- Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess needs, pain points, and goals
- Deliver consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives
- Execute the sales process with consistency and professionalism
