Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Makati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve company goals. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with clients, training and mentoring team members, tracking sales performance, and developing innovative approaches for driving property sales. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Leadership, team management, and staff mentoring capabilities
• Strategic planning, goal-setting, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Results-focused with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Have a leadership skills handling team of 8 property specialists
• Previous experience in real estate or property-related sales management is an advantage
