Real Estate Sales Manager

You've built a team. You know Batangas. Now lead where it matters — at PHirst Park Homes, one of the Philippines fastest-growing horizontal housing brands. We're looking for a proven Real Estate Sales Manager to own and drive growth in PHirst Lipa.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full leadership role — you own the sales performance of PHirst Lipa in Batangas. You'll have full authority to build, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives, with the complete backing of PHirst's marketing, training, and project support teams. Your mission: move units, create homeowners, and lead a winning team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 Sales Executives to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets

• Drive unit sales for PHirst Lipa — set goals, track performance, and hold the team accountable

• Source, qualify, and close prospective homebuyers in Lipa, Batangas and surrounding areas

• Conduct weekly team huddles, one-on-one performance reviews, and field coaching sessions

• Coordinate with PHirst's training and development team for product mastery, sales systems, and compliance

• Build a strong community presence, referral network, and brand visibility in Lipa, Batangas

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (horizontal housing strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team

• You come with your team — bringing 3–4 Sales Executives ready to onboard is a strong advantage and a key priority for this role

• Familiarity with or an existing network in Lipa, Batangas and nearby communities (Batangas City, Santo Tomas, Tanauan, Malvar, etc.)

• Strong closing skills, results-driven mindset, and a track record of hitting sales targets

• Excellent communication, coaching, and people leadership skills
