Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The position is based in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include overseeing property sales activities, meeting with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. The role also involves mentoring and training sales staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Consultants
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of team targets
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales consultants
Plan and execute sales strategies and marketing activities
Conduct meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations
Monitor pipeline, reports, and sales productivity
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
With leadership or team management experience
Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
Results driven and highly motivated
Professional, reliable, and goal oriented
