Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our property sales team. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Execute creative sales initiatives, open houses, and field activities
- Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation and digital campaigns
- Monitor team performance, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Assist in managing commissions, incentives, and reward programs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience
- Background in selling residential or high-value properties is an advantage
- Familiar with CRM systems, digital marketing, and lead generation tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude
