Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Performance (20%): Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and market conditions.
- Team Leadership (20%): Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set targets, track performance, and drive closures through hands-on coaching.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Innovation & Guerilla Sales (15%): Plan and execute cost-efficient open houses and creative, guerilla-style sales initiatives to close deals despite limited budgets.
- Network Building: Maintain strong client and broker relationships locally and abroad, including participation in overseas sales events.
- Marketing Alignment: Utilize CRM, social media, and lead funnels to generate and convert leads in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Incentive Management: Help design and manage sales incentive structures, commissions, and reward programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or people-management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in real estate sales, ideally with mid- to high-ticket properties in the ₱3M–₱12M range.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of digital marketing, lead-generation tools, and CRM systems.
- Network: Established local and international sales network is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit; prior experience building a business is a significant advantage.
- Integrity: A verifiable track record of professionalism with no history of burned partnerships.
Work Schedule & Status
- Employment Status: Probationary.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday report to office; Saturday on-call/field work as needed.
