Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.
4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.
Sales strategy development and execution.
Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
