Job Description
The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that KeyOpp's day-to-day operations run efficiently and consistently across all departments including Tenancy & Lease Enforcement, Leasing & Marketing, Maintenance Coordination, and Transaction Support for both Property Management and Real Estate Sales.
This individual will act as the right hand to the Director of Operations, serving as a team coach, escalation lead, and process optimizer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of U.S. property management workflows, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to execute projects that uphold KeyOpp's service standards and six core values.
Compensation: $10,000 - $15,000 yearly
