What you will do:
- Site Development Planning: Monitors site activities of acquired sites to ensure timely store opening within the agreed upon schedule
- Development Plan Execution: Secures due diligence documents required for site acquisition and prepares lease agreements and memoranda of agreement.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiates commercial terms, lease conditions, and turnover conditions for site acquisition.
- Lessor Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with lessors and property partners.
- Real Estate Support: Assists in administrative and project support activities for the team and other duties that may be assigned to them
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate or any related course.
- With experience with site acquisition, real estate, lease negotiations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
