Job Description

Position Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's real estate sales operations, particularly in the marketing and mass selling of socialized housing projects. The position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop effective sales strategies, supervise sales teams, establish broker networks, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

The successful candidate must be a licensed Real Estate Broker and will serve as the company's accredited/licensed broker for its real estate projects and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and oversee the overall sales operations of the company's real estate projects.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets.
Handle mass selling activities for socialized housing projects and other real estate developments.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate sales personnel, agents, and brokers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partner brokers, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Assist clients throughout the sales process, including documentation and coordination with concerned departments.
Represent the company in project launches, property presentations, exhibits, and other marketing activities.
Serve as the company's licensed Real Estate Broker for project accreditation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with government agencies and financing institutions related to housing projects and buyer requirements.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
With at least 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales management.
Proven experience in mass selling of socialized housing projects is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure.
Knowledgeable in real estate documentation, housing regulations, and financing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
Willing to travel for site visits, project marketing activities, client meetings, and business operations.
