The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a growing real estate business focused on managing client relationships, lead flow, and transaction coordination within a fast-paced environment. The team is actively building out its internal support structure and is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help streamline sales-support processes. This role plays a key part in improving responsiveness, maintaining accurate systems, and supporting lead conversion efforts. You will work closely with leadership while collaborating with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update leads within the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Conduct appointment setting and coordinate scheduling with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Perform compliance and accuracy checks across transactions and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and quality

Compensation


Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱42,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate's experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Strong spoken English with confidence in phone conversations
  • Proven experience with real estate lead follow-up and appointment setting
  • CRM experience (Real Geeks preferred, or similar platforms like Follow Up Boss / KVCore)
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and sales conversations

Professional Skills Required


  • Immediate follow-up on all new inbound leads (calls, texts, and email)
  • Ongoing outbound follow-up to nurture and qualify leads
  • Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Maintaining consistent communication and responsiveness with prospects
  • Managing and updating lead activity within Real Geeks CRM
