About Abari

Abari is a real estate platform focused on simplifying how brokers, agencies, and property seekers list, discover, and engage with properties. Our goal is to make the real estate experience more intuitive and efficient by reducing friction across key workflows and helping people make better decisions with less effort. As we prepare for public beta, we're looking for an experienced real estate professional to help ensure the product reflects how the industry actually works.

Role Description

The Real Estate Industry Advisor (Product) is a remote, contract role working closely with Abari's product and business teams to bring practical, on-the-ground knowledge of Philippine real estate into the way the platform is designed and improved.

You'll help us understand market needs, validate product concepts, and ensure our workflows reflect how brokers, agencies, developers, and property seekers operate in practice.

This is not a sales or brokerage role. You'll be helping shape a technology product built for the industry.

• Provide expert guidance on real estate workflows, practices, and terminology
• Gather insights from brokers, agencies, and property seekers
• Review and validate product concepts, features, and user flows
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement
• Help us prioritize problems that matter most as we prepare for public beta
• Collaborate with product and business teams to improve the overall user experience

Who we're looking for

Ideally, you:

• Have strong hands-on experience in the Philippine real estate industry, with the ability to advise on industry standards and workflows.
• Are a licensed Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Consultant, or have comparable industry experience
• Understand how brokers, salespersons, agencies, developers, and property owners operate in practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
• Experience with property technology, real estate marketplaces, or digital products is a plus.
