Real Estate Design Architect (Onsite in Iloilo)

Job Summary

The Design Architect is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and documentation of architectural design solutions for residential and mixed-use property projects. This role ensures that designs are both functional and aesthetically aligned with the companys brand standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts from schematic through detailed design stages.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, renderings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, engineering, project management) and external consultants for design integration.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes, zoning regulations, and structural standards.
• Review and validate technical specifications, materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Liaise with contractors during design implementation to address Requests for Information (RFIs) and design clarifications.
• Support design reviews, cost estimation reviews, and value engineering exercises.
• Contribute to design quality standards, style guides, and design libraries.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect (RA Board Exam passer) preferred.
• Professional experience in architectural design (ideally 3+ years in real estate development or architectural firm).
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe suite).
• Strong understanding of local building codes and permitting processes in the Philippines.
• Good communication skills for cross-discipline coordination and client presentations.
