● You will help build the valuation system, not just follow one

● Clear expectations, steady hours, and repeatable processes

● Real responsibility in the offer-making and deal-review process

● Training in real estate valuation and investor decision-making

● Build and improve the valuation system we use to evaluate properties at each stage of a deal

● Underwrite properties using our repair and offer calculator to create clear offer recommendations

● Identify anything that may impact value, such as permits, lot size, condition, or unusual comps

● Recommend renovation scopes based on best ROI

● Recommend listing prices after renovation

● When comps are difficult, make your best educated estimate and explain your logic

● Are accurate, careful, and detail-oriented

● Take pride in organized, reliable work

● Like building systems and improving processes

● Prefer clear expectations and consistent standards

● Can stay calm and focused when tasks need to be completed quickly

● Learn on your own, make judgment calls, and look for ways to improve

● $1,000 per month base

● Earn up to $200 in additional bonuses each month

● Full time

● Monday–Friday with occasional help needed for last minute weekend appointments

● Work hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST with 1 hour lunch break
