Role Description

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company hiring motivated Remote Cold Callers to generate warm leads by calling property owners using our simple script. This is a commission-only role paying 30,000 PHP per closed deal, with most callers earning 30,00090,000/month and top performers reaching 120,000180,000+ based on consistency and performance. We provide full training, a dialler, and ongoing support, you only need good English, stable internet, and the ability to work during U.S. hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with basic CRM tools and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a remote environment
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
