Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker Associate role is based in Taguig. The Real Estate Broker Associate will support sales and leasing activities for ARTHALAND properties, including prospecting clients, conducting property tours, and presenting project features and benefits. The role involves preparing and processing documentation related to transactions, coordinating with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records of leads, negotiations, and closed deals. The Real Estate Broker Associate will also stay informed about market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory requirements, while providing professional advice to clients to help them make informed investment decisions. Building long-term client relationships and representing ARTHALAND's sustainability values in all engagements are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate with a solid understanding of residential and/or office developments.
• Candidates should possess strong client-facing skills, including communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and familiarity with local real estate regulations.
• Previous experience with Project Presentation and handling negotiations and closing transactions would be an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
