Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bacoor, with partial work-from-home opportunities. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring clients, understanding their property needs, and providing guidance on buying or investing in real estate. Additional responsibilities include negotiating property deals, maintaining excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends to deliver well-informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property market trends and regulations is highly valued.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively address clients needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Proven Sales expertise, including negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools for managing real estate transactions and communications is a plus.
