Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Metro Davao. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process is key.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in the local Metro Davao real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field is preferred
