Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent will actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties within Ortigas Land developments, including conducting property tours, presenting features and benefits, and addressing inquiries. The role involves managing client relationships from initial contact to closing, preparing and explaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The agent will monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer insights, and participate in sales events, open houses, and community activities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, following company policies and ethical standards, and meeting assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant real estate experience and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License as required by local regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local languages are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Pasig, with flexibility to attend weekend or evening events as needed.
• Relevant experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate marketing is preferred; background in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and productivity software.
