Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent will actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties within Ortigas Land developments, guiding clients through the entire property buying and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, presenting project features and investment benefits, and preparing offers and contracts in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service before and after sales. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, stay updated on market trends and pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property understanding, including property valuation and market trends.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in Philippine real estate, familiarity with Metro Manila markets, proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work on-site in Pasig with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
