Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Batangas, Philippines. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role includes preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with property owners, buyers, and tenants, and supporting clients throughout the entire transaction process. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate listings, update property information, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales and leasing targets while delivering a high level of client service.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust-based relationships.
• Sales, negotiation, and networking abilities to identify opportunities, close deals, and expand the client base.
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions, local property regulations, and market trends in Batangas and surrounding areas.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads, property viewings, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort using digital tools for property listings, client communication, and basic reporting; familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally for property visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior real estate experience or sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in training is essential.
• Relevant professional license or eligibility to obtain a real estate license in the Philippines is a strong advantage.
