This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Quezon City. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include property showings, prospecting for potential clients, negotiating deals, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and preparing relevant documentation. Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

• Knowledge of real estate market trends, sales strategies, and property marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle contracts or client agreements
• Organizational and time management skills to track leads, schedule appointments, and manage multiple transactions
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant platforms
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is beneficial
• Valid real estate license and knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to achieving sales goals
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
