Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Advisor, based in Taguig with the flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, promoting real estate properties, conducting sales presentations, and managing negotiations with prospective buyers. The role also involves staying updated on the real estate market, providing guidance to clients, and contributing to the achievement of the company's sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Negotiation
• Strong ability to conduct client Training or informational sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Real estate PRC and DSHUD updated license
