Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of lease and sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
Client Communication:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the transaction process.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competition in the local real estate market.
- Assist agents in preparing market reports and presentations for clients.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of both lease and sales transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
