Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, research, or real estate support roles
• Basic Excel proficiency including data entry, formatting, sorting, and filtering
• Ability to use basic formulas for organizing research and datasets
• Experience working with spreadsheets for data management
• Comfort in updating and manipulating pre-built financial templates
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Execute market-by-market property research across the U.S. manufactured housing community (MHC) space, including lot rents, occupancy, ownership profiles, utility setup, and homes for sale.
• Build and maintain clean and accurate property records in the CRM.
• Deliver weekly market reports that surface standout deals and identify mom-and-pop acquisition targets.
• Support outreach efforts through letter preparation, follow-up emails, and skip-tracing.
• Assist the team with travel coordination and deal-flow administration.
• Support the acquisitions team as a growing real estate investment firm scales its national acquisitions footprint.
