We are a small house flipping company in Seattle, Washington. We focus on building relationships with real estate brokers to get deals. We're looking for a skilled relationship builder with strong acquisition experience.

- About the Role

We're hiring an Acquisition Manager whose primary responsibility is to connect with real estate brokers, generate opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. This is a high-volume outbound calling role that requires persistence, confidence, and professionalism.

If you're someone who thrives on the phone, knows how to build trust quickly, and can consistently follow up to convert conversations into deals—this role is for you.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Spend minimum 7 hours each day prospecting for leads using Calltools

2. Follow up with all leads in your database using Gohighlevel

3. Contract negotiation

4. Follow up with real state agents during escrow process to push the deal through the finish line

5. Coordinate showings and inspections

6. Negotiate price reduction

- Requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or relationship management, or acquisition manager (required)

2. Experience in real estate or working with agents/brokers (strongly preferred)

3. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – must sound professional and confident on the phone

4. Comfortable making high-volume calls daily

5. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

- Compensation
