Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM / Customer 360 SaaS).
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MDM solution design, data modeling, Business Entity configuration, Match & Merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, data quality, and governance, along with experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC MDM implementations and enhancements.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
- Design and configure:
- Business Entities
- Relationships
- Data Models
- Match & Merge rules
- Survivorship rules
- Hierarchies
- Design and support data onboarding and integration processes.
- Implement data quality, validation, standardization, and governance processes.
- Work closely with business users, data stewards, architects, developers, and project teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to MDM development teams.
- Conduct code/configuration reviews and establish development best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and project planning.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support production deployments and resolve implementation and production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience with Informatica MDM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC MDM / Customer 360 SaaS.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end enterprise MDM implementations.
