As an RCMS US Healthcare SME (Hospital Biller) at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services that improve operational performance and develop innovative solutions. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
  • Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
  • Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
  • Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
  • Applying operational analysis techniques to streamline processes and improve cost efficiency
  • Utilizing process mapping and optimization methodologies to enhance service operations
  • Engaging in project management tasks to support the execution of operational strategies
  • Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational decisions and strategies
  • Contributing to the development of innovative solutions for operational challenges
  • Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to deliver value

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 to 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
  • Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
