As an RCMS Trainer (Hospital Billing) at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance business performance. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services that drive operational excellence and innovation.
As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC, you will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks, all while building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
- Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
- Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to streamline processes
- Applying operational analysis to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Utilizing Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational strategies

- Assisting in the implementation of emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Conducting process mapping and data collection to support operational analysis

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proven experience in coding denials/quality assurance/training
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
