RCM Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations
• Standardize billing, coding, and claims workflows for PhilHealth, HMO, and corporate payers
• Oversee cross-site performance metrics including denial rates, RTH turnaround, and cash collections
• Develop and implement RCM policies aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with facility-level supervisors to ensure consistent execution of RCM processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and optimize reimbursement
• Manage escalated payer disputes and complex claims resolution
• Report directly to senior leadership on revenue cycle KPIs and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of progressive RCM leadership experience in a multi-facility healthcare setting
• Deep expertise in PhilHealth, HMO, and corporate payer billing and reimbursement
• Proven track record in denial management, claims optimization, and revenue recovery
• Strong analytical skills with experience in RCM dashboards and performance reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and accreditation requirements
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig
