Job Description

In this position, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements and implementing automation tools within acute and ambulatory healthcare organizations. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall service quality.

The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in healthcare operations, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proficient communication skills with diverse teams. The candidate is expected to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. This position demands a proactive approach, a dedication to enhancing healthcare delivery, and a commitment to achieving excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (front end experience would do) and/or 5 years of experience in Contact Center healthcare process improvement
  • 3+ experience with Process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma,
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management, managing multiple projects,
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops.
  • RCM background, in an Acute setting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
