Job Description

Job Description:

  • Schedule truck arrival and departure effectively to reduce idle time, utilizing real-time adjustments.
  • Develop optimal truck routing and implement strategies to maximize route efficiency and truck utilization while minimizing costs.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with 3PL vendors in line with day-to-day Ops.
  • Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
  • Schedule daily truck call times, considering RC throughput and loading dock availability.
  • Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
  • Proven experience in transportation logistics focus on linehaul operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
  • Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
  • Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
  • Must have a continuous learning mindset able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
