Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.
- Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
- Create, review, and validate RC reports.
- Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.
- Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
- Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
- Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external service provider.
- Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
- Experience in payments processing or similar function
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
- Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
- Must have a continuous learning mindset able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
