- To ensure safe, correct, and efficient handling of raw materials following documented product recipe.
- To ensure proper hygiene and food safety principles are followed at all times in the batch preparation and material handling.
- To ensure accurate recording of pertinent data on MES and SAP
- To propose improvements in the work area.
- To maintain cleanliness/orderliness within the working area and to prevent harm to people and environment.
