RAPID ACTION AND RESPONSE (RAAR) TEAM LEADER

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise rapid response, patrol, surveillance, threat assessment, and forest protection operations.

- Coordinate with DENR, PNP, Philippine Army, and other agencies on joint operations, enforcement, and legal turnover of evidence.

- Oversee intelligence gathering, incident documentation, evidence handling, and post-operation reporting.

- Lead capacity-building and joint patrols with IP Forest Guards and support forest monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Criminology, Public Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in forest protection, law enforcement, environmental compliance, or related field, with proven leadership in field operations.

- Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Philippine forestry and environmental laws, operational planning, evidence handling, and multi-agency coordination; valid driver's license required.
