직무 설명:
Job Description
- Responsible for Air Ramp operations in SZX (safety, compliance, training, regional-wide coordination, office administration).
- Supervises Air Ramp team & vendors on flight, ramp, import & export operations. Monitor & control work performance. Protect Airline's interest.
- Coordinates UPS Air Operations with compliance to procedures, methods & safety. Organizes air ramp's resources & workload. Handles training.
- On Time Performance, Aircraft Utilization, Payload Maximization, Flight & Ground Safety, Audit Standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in ramp or ground operations
- Prior team lead or senior ramp agent experience
- Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures
- Familiarity with GSE operations and safety
- Ability to lead ramp teams in fast-paced operational environments
- Attention to safety, accuracy, and performance
