Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Radiologic Technology - Faculty Member. The role involves designing and delivering lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, conducting research, and contributing to the academic growth of the department. Faculty members are also expected to uphold the university's standards of excellence in education by fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Radiologic Technology concepts and practices, diagnostic imaging techniques, and industry standards.
  • Skills in planning, developing, and delivering engaging educational content and lesson plans.
  • Proficiency in teaching, public speaking, and facilitating discussions in classroom settings.
  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to contribute to resource development and scholarly work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and students.
  • Commitment to staying updated with advancements in Radiologic Technology and modern teaching methodologies.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiologic Technology or any related field (Doctorate degree is an advantage).
  • PRC certification or equivalent licensing as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
  • Prior teaching experience or relevant clinical practice is highly desirable.
