Job Description

About Eluvo Healthcare Group

Eluvo is the Philippines premium women's healthcare institute — built on the belief that every woman deserves clinical excellence delivered with warmth, precision, and dignity. Operating under our proprietary Talk-Test-Treat™ model, we integrate teleconsultation, diagnostics, and in-clinic OB-GYN care into one seamless, concierge-grade experience.

We are not a general clinic. We are a destination for women who expect the best — and we hold our entire team to that same standard.

If you are a radiologic technologist who takes pride in image quality, treats patients like people (not procedures), and wants to be part of something that is redefining women's healthcare in this country — we want to hear from you.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Eluvo's Radiologic Technologist, you are the patient's first encounter with the Test arm of our Talk-Test-Treat™ model. You are not just operating equipment — you are delivering a diagnostic experience that is accurate, safe, and reassuring. Every image you produce directly informs the clinical decisions of our physicians. The standard here is not good enough. It is diagnostic excellence, every time.

The Radiologic Technologist plays a critical role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services that support physicians in clinical decision-making and patient care. This position is responsible not only for performing radiographic procedures, but also for ensuring that all imaging outputs meet clinical quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Beyond technical execution, the Radiologic Technologist is expected to uphold a high standard of patient care by creating a safe, respectful, and reassuring environment for patients undergoing imaging procedures. This includes clear communication of procedures, proper patient handling, and strict adherence to radiation safety and infection control protocols.

The Radiologic Technologist contributes to the overall efficiency of clinic operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Clinical Diagnostic Imaging Excellence

  • Perform radiographic procedures (e.g., X-ray, Ultrasound procedures) as prescribed by physicians, with zero compromise on image quality
  • Exercise sound clinical judgement in patient positioning and selection of appropriate imaging parameters and protocol adherence to consistently produce diagnostic-grade images
  • Produce clear, accurate, and diagnostic-quality images
  • Review images for completeness and quality prior to submission
  • Flag and escalate any imaging finding that requires urgent physician attention, without waiting to be asked

B. Patient Experience in Care and Safety

  • Explain procedures, risks, and expectations to patients in a clear and professional manner. Communicate procedures clearly, calmly, and compassionately — many of our patients are anxious; your manner matters as much as your technique
  • Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout the procedure without exception
  • Strictly adhere to radiation protection and safety protocols
  • Observe and report any patient concerns or adverse reactions professionally

C. Equipment Operation and Maintenance

  • Operate imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and clinic protocols; keep equipment in optimal working condition
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting; log all equipment status accurately
  • Ensure proper handling and care of radiologic equipment
  • Coordinate proactively with service providers for preventive maintenance and repairs - do not wait for equipment to fail
  • Immediately report any equipment deficiency that could compromise image quality or patient safety

D. Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records of all imaging procedures in Eluvo's EMR system
  • Ensure proper labeling, filing, and secure storage of all diagnostic images per DOH and PRC standards
  • Strictly observe Eluvo's data privacy and patient confidentiality policies (RA 10173)
  • Stay current on all applicable regulatory requirements and proactively flag compliance gaps

E. Team and Operational Contribution

  • Coordinate with physicians regarding imaging requests and special instructions
  • Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Assist in scheduling and other administrative tasks related to imaging services
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support smooth patient flow in collaboration with nursing and front desk staff
  • Contribute to Eluvo's SLA compliance — your turnaround times and quality metrics are tracked and matter

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Active PRC license — current, valid, no restrictions
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, diagnostic center, or outpatient setting
  • Demonstrable proficiency in X-ray and ultrasound procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of radiation protection standards and DOH regulatory requirements

What sets you apart

  • Experience in a women's health, OB-GYN, or reproductive health setting
  • Exposure to quality management systems or accreditation standards (JCI, ISO, PhilHealth)
  • Track record of zero patient identification errors or specimen/imaging mislabeling
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of clinical judgment — you do not need to be told twice
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment where processes are still being built and your input shapes them

The Eluvo Standard — What We Are Looking For in a Person

  • You take image quality personally. A substandard image is not acceptable to you.
  • You treat every patient with the same care and attentiveness regardless of how busy the clinic is
  • You communicate proactively — with physicians, with staff, with your supervisor
  • You follow protocols completely, not selectively
  • You are the kind of professional who makes the clinic better by being in it

What Eluvo Offers

  • Competitive compensation (PHP 22,000 – 25,000) with performance-based incentives
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and clinical strategy in a venture-backed healthcare startup
  • A premium clinical environment — you will work with quality equipment, quality colleagues, and quality standards
  • Comprehensive health benefits and wellness programs
  • Structured professional development and continuous clinical education
  • A mission-driven team that genuinely cares about women's health outcomes in the Philippines
  • The opportunity to help build the diagnostic standard that every future Eluvo clinic will replicate
