To perform network planning in meeting coverage and capacity requirement with given quality of service and traffic demand.
To perform network KPI monitoring, analysis and optimization in improving network operation, maximizing the available capacity and infrastructure.
To complete specific project task assign by the project team thru collaboration with vendors and contractors on the implementation and deployment of network towards achieving project target delivery.
To interface with customer in presenting project proposal, solutions and progress.
To attend onsite testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and alike in enhancing and maintaining the performance of RF/Wireless network.
Qualifications:
Required bachelor's degree in Engineering and IT related background or equivalent such as Electronics, Computer and Communication.
Have at least 3+ years working experience in RF Planning & Optimization
Holds professional knowledge in Wireless Radio Access Network on the following technologies- GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR.
Possess strong problem solving and analytic skills which able to handle and resolve issues independently.
Good communication skills to engage with customers at all levels: technical discussion/guidance, professional knowledge sharing and value presentation.
Excellent team spirits with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with multiple vendors and contractors.
With strong know-how on various tools such as Microsoft Offices, Macro and Programming Languages such as C++, Python, etc.
