Job Description R2R Transformation Manager

Lead Record to Report process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive end-to-end process optimization aligned with global finance strategy
Partner with Global Process Owners to ensure cross-functional alignment
Build and manage business cases, milestones, and performance reporting
Champion standardization, automation, and digital finance solutions
Ensure process documentation, governance, and compliance standards are met
Identify efficiency, cost-saving, and quality improvement opportunities
Support finance transition and transformation initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

Experience in finance transformation or process excellence
Strong Record to Report background within shared services or SSC environments
Proven project and change management experience in global organizations
Hands-on experience with SAP systems, preferably S/4HANA
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-driven, analytical, and improvement-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across regions and time zones
