R&D SUPERVISOR – DOCUMENTATION
Salary: PHP 25,000–30,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Must be willing to work shifting and weekend schedules
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course
At least 2–4 years of experience in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
Responsibilities
Consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents generated by the R&D team
Prepare and maintain raw material specifications, process flows, recovery records, recipe sheets, and costing support documents
Monitor R&D program schedules and documentation
Prepare client submission documents and reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of R&D-related records
