Job Description

Position Overview

To set standard qualifications and establish major function of R&D Specialist II under Research and Development Department and to create guidelines to Human Resource Department during pooling of candidates for the position needed.

Responsibilities

New Product Development/ Product Improvement/ Reformulation

  • Conducts laboratory scale run and/or batch trial runs experiment of the formulation/s provided by Technical Manager and/or R&D Head.
  • Monitors actual batch trial runs on the assigned new product development or reformulation.
  • Monitors stability testing of products under developmental stage (Freeze Thaw Freeze Test, pH Monitoring, Sensory Evaluation and Microbiological Testing).
  • Analyzes data gathered by R&D Specialist I during trial run for establishment of standards.

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology or any related course like BS Nutrition and Dietetics, BS Biology, with experience of at least 3 years and/or Graduate of High School or non-related college degree but have previous work experience in industry of FMCG especially in field of R&D for at least 10 years

Can do multi-tasking.
