New Production/Package Development and Introduction cover the technology brick qualification to industrialization phase and will focus on TSV and ALS new products in Calamba.
The position is for Front of Line (FOL) NPI Process Engineer which is very critical technical position in the plant R&D. The person's responsibility is from technology path finding, definition, qualification and industrialization of the process, materials and equipment capability new bricks.
Diverse knowledge is required for this position in process development, assembly equipment aptitudes, semiconductor materials, quality system and methodologies.
- Execute & Leads specific activities in supporting the new process brick (process setting, materials) development from Mat 10 validation up to Mat 20 qualification release.
- Supports line stressing activities of new products & processes towards safe launch to mass production in meeting manufacturing indices in Yield, Quality and Cost.
- Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products. In case of technical issues, he/she analyzes and identify the root cause/s of the problems, recommends corrective actions, and evaluates effectiveness of corrective action.
- Provides the following Technical reports:
- Engineering run update
- Technical Report (Engg workability runs, Customer samples, qualification reports)
- Process Corner Validation Report (with available process window)
- Action Plan Form
- Process/Equipment FMEA
- Control Plan
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in either: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or Materials Engineering
- Min 4 years of experience in Assy End of Line Process development, 6 years in Semiconductors assembly
- Knowledge
- Semiconductor Assembly Process, Equipment and Materials and relevant measuring tools
