Role Description

The R&D Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela. This role focuses on supporting the development and improvement of flexible packaging products through laboratory testing, data analysis, and structured research activities. The analyst will design and execute experiments, evaluate material performance, and document findings to guide product enhancements and process optimizations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing test samples, operating laboratory equipment, compiling technical reports, and collaborating with production, quality, and technical teams to implement validated solutions. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, assisting in scale-up trials, and ensuring that R&D initiatives align with customer requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated experience in Research and Development (R&D), particularly in materials, packaging, or related industries.
Familiarity with quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and safety practices in manufacturing environments.
Ability to work on-site in Valenzuela, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, or FMCG/pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
