Supports product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials to help launch new SKUs, enhance existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in new product and SKU development, material and process improvements
- Conduct research on product classifications, applications, and regulatory standards
- Evaluate raw and packaging materials based on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct sensory evaluations and prepare technical documentation
- Support validation of CCPs and OPRPs in line with HACCP & FSSC 22000
- Prepare FDA registration documents and samples
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- With at least one or two years of experience in food manufacturing industry specific to product development and marketing.
- With background in retort operations, thermal processing is required.
- Has knowledge in different product development approaches and procedures and has passion about food preparations. Specifically, the background for thermal processing, meat processing, and retort operations is an advantage.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
- Amenable to work in Pasig City
R&D Personnel will undergo a 3-yr Service Bond Agreement.
The 3-year Service Bond Agreement requires training cost repayment if leaving the company early.
